Featuring our freshly harvested abalone along with local ingredients.
Our menu includes steamed abalone, abalone poke rice bowl, abalone tsukudani, dulse tsukudani, and sea grapes.
Enjoy with local craft beer, sake, soft drinks, and/or our collaboration 100% Kona Iced Coffee!
Our food trailer is permanently situated within our aquaculture farm in Kailua-Kona.
